A Description of Tex

Brother R.O asks:

Very cool. Can you describe what the experience of TEX was like? For me, it was like the air got really dense and thick, like I was held tightly in the fist of God.

For me, Tex was an endless vista, with fountains of water. It's hard to describe, but it looks sort of like those artist's renditions of alien worlds, with fountains that go from a mountain of icy slush into the air and form great clouds above. I got the impression of great distances, and cool, misty, water. The landscape was shades of grey, and hard to resolve any senses with it. I am a Scorpio, water sign, so that makes sense. Scorpios are sometimes said to be the icy water signs, a fixed surface with turmoil underneath. I think this is what was coming through in the vision.

It was also an exercise in fear. I wasn't afraid, but the entity (TEX itself?) told me that I was filled with fear, and my fear kept me from moving forward. I would not be able to go further until I faced the fear, but I could get a look.

This make sense to me, given my current situations. I do feel a bit stuck. I was planning on moving out of the State, and those plans are on hold because of financial concerns. Abremelin has also stalled some, as experiences get more powerful, I start to wonder what I would do with that power.

But, The work continues.

Very interesting. I'm a Taurus, earth sign, and when I do TEX, I get a very earthy-air feeling in the room. It also scared the crap out of me at the time. Interesting parallels.
It is interesting. One person I did the skrying with had a sort of video game/obstacle overcoming sort of experience while the calls were being chanted, yet when finished, nothing.

The Magister Templi had a sort of fantasy quest experience, which was clear and detailed. Very visionary He's worked at this sphere before, though, and been doing Magickal work for over 20 years.

This was my second route into Tex, and different than the first. The first was disjointed, but again had elements of gateway and unpreparedness to it. I'd have to look it up to see what it was exactly, it was 2 years ago now.
